Franchesca Oiknine, BS

Franchesca graduated from the University of Arizona in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science. During her undergraduate career, Franchesca worked under Dr. Sbarra at the Laboratory for Social Connectedness and Health as an undergraduate research assistant and coder for the CLOSE Study. She began her work with the Green Lab during the summer of 2023 as a volunteer Neuropsychological Tester and rejoined as a Staff Research Associate after she graduated from the U of A in 2024.

Intending to pursue a Masters/Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Franchesca ultimately wants to become a research psychologist in academia. She is mostly interested in mood disorder research but is still looking to narrow her niche within the field.
